Transformation Change Manager & Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Transformation Change Manager & Business Analyst to join our friendly and innovative law firm on a full time basis for a 2-year fixed term contract.

The Transformation Change Manager & Business Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the Firms transformation and innovation agenda. They will be responsible for the implementation of change initiatives being rolled out across the firm from start to finish. This would include:

  • assessing reviewing and documenting the current state vs future state position for the change initiatives;
  • delivering organisational change management outcomes for these initiatives using the firms established change management approach and framework;
  • analysing business processes (from both a client and employee perspective) including identifying areas for improvement; and
  • implementing change management methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.

About the team

This role will work closely alongside the firms Chief Transformation Office (CTO) who is responsible for identifying documenting and implementing transformational change and innovation across the Firm to realise our strategic goals.

The CTO function sits in the broader Shared Services Group that is accountable for the smooth and efficient management and operations of the Firm.

Additionally the Transformation Change Manager & Business Analysts will partner and collaborate with various other stakeholders across the firm including Practice Managers and the Working Capital Manager.

About you

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • Approximately 10 years proven experience in change management within a legal financial services or professional services environment with a focus on organisational change management implementation.
  • Superior Business Analysis skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive can-do attitude and willingness to innovate and explore.
  • Bachelors degree or relevant industry experience in Change Management Business Analysis Human Sciences Communications or a related field. Certification in Business Analysis (e.g. CBAP) or Change Management (e.g. Prosci) would be looked at favourably.
