Responsibilities
Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 EOM. This position is located at MacDill AFB in Florida.
The purpose of the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order (TO) is to provide USSOCOM its Component Commands its Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs) and its deployed forces with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain Network Operations (NetOps); maintain systems and network infrastructure; provide end user and common device support; provide configuration change license and asset management; conduct training and perform Install Move Add Change (IMACs) services. The responsibilities and tasks associated with each requirement play a pivotal role to USSOCOM the CIO/J6 organization and ultimately the end-user who operate around the globe 24x7x365.
This position is responsible for the operational management upkeep and continuous improvement of our Active Directory infrastructure and authentication services. You will be a key contributor to providing Tier 3 level support to our mission partners ensuring service continuity and mission-critical capabilities.
- Integrate Active Directory seamlessly with all IT infrastructure components including network security messaging remote access and virtualized environments.
- Adhere to and promote best practices for supporting the Windows ecosystem.
- Participate in the full IT service lifecycle from planning and deployment to ongoing maintenance and optimization.
- Design implement and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) permissions within a multi-tenant enterprise environment.
- Maintain optimal performance and stability of the domain controller infrastructure and related servers.
- Implement advanced security measures to protect the Active Directory environment.
- Design maintain and administer Domain/Forest trusts and Directory/Forest/Domain replication.
- Build promote and manage multiple Domain Controllers.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Min 6 years with HS degree 4 years with AS/AA degree 2 years with BS/BA
- DoD 8570 IAT II Certification
- DoD TS/SCI clearance
- Proficiency in using Active Directory troubleshooting utilities PowerShell scripting and diagnostic tools
- Proficiency in Kerberos Authentication Protocols and Active Directory LDAPS/LDAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019 and related client operating systems
- Ability to work shift and weekend assignments as needed
Desired Qualifications:
- MCSA in a relevant fieldORMicrosoft Certified Associate in a pertinent area.
- VMWare Certified Associate (VCA)
