Our client is a prominent New York City (Mid-Town Manhattan) Personal Injury Law Firm. They specialize in representing clients in personal injury medical malpractice workers compensation mass tort and more.

Main Responsibilities
- Meetwithpotentialclientstoassesstheircases.
- Provide legal advice and outline possible courses of action
- Investigateaccidentreportsmedicalrecordsandwitnessstatements.
- Gatherandanalyzeevidencetobuildastrongcase.
- Consultwithmedicalexpertsaccidentreconstructionspecialistsandotherprofessionals.
- Negotiatewithinsurancecompaniesandopposingcounsel.
- Seektomaximizesettlementamountsbeforeproceedingtotrial.
- Draftlegaldocuments(complaintsmotions&discoveryrequests).
- Representclientsincourtproceedingsincludinghearingstrialsanddepositions.
- Presentargumentsquestionwitnessesandadvocateonbehalfofclients.
- Keepclientsinformedaboutcaseprogressandlegalstrategies.
- Managemultiplecasessimultaneouslywhiledeadlinesaremet.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- JurisDoctor(J.D.)degreefromanaccreditedlawschool.
- LicensedtopracticelawintherelevantstateofNewYork
- Must have excellent research and writing skills
- Experienceinpersonalinjurylawpreferred.(Plaintiffsideonly)
Salary is between $125000 - $150000 compensation on all cases settled that you originate. Solid benefits.
