Job Description
Note: This position is a hybrid work schedule for the Santa Ana CA office. Associates with fewer than 2 years of experience are required to be in office close to full time or full time.
Note: Remote option is available for candidates with 4 years of insurance defense or personal injury experience.

Job Description
- Handle personal injury defense litigation matters from inception through trial with minimal supervision.
- Manage all aspects of discovery site inspections issue analysis depositions expert retention and expert discovery.
- Appear independently for court appearances depositions and hearings.
- Collaborate with the legal team to meet client and firm goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of personal injury defense experience.
- Licensed to practice law in California.
- Strong litigation skills including experience with discovery depositions and court appearances.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Santa Ana CA
At least 2 years of personal injury defense experience in the
past 5 years and a license to practice law in California.

Strong bonuses beyond billable hours. 1920 billables/year which can be a deterrent. Remote avail if 4 years of insurance defense/PI experience.
Interview: prefers in office interview but okay with Zoom for initial interview. Usually candidates meet with several diff partners. Her and then others who lead practice groups. 1 hour to 2 hours max. Most times its 1 interview and and offer
