Job Description

Titan Technologies LLC (Titan) is seeking an experienced self-directed Software Change Management Specialist to support the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) III contract. As a member of our team you will help to assist USSOCOM Service Component Commands Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOC) and deployed forces in the delivery of a full spectrum of Information Technology (IT) services to operate and maintain information flow communications and connectivity globally.

As part of the SITEC-3 EOM Task Order we deliver critical IT Operations & Maintenance services across enterprise networks. Youll play a direct role in enabling secure 24/7 communications and infrastructure support for operators and mission teams worldwide. We are seeking a Change Manager who will lead and continuously improve the enterprise-wide Change Management process. Youll ensure that changes to hardware software and systems are introduced efficiently with minimal disruption to mission-critical services. This is a high-impact role interfacing with IT operations asset and configuration management and leadership stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve change classification schemas (impact priority risk) and authorization processes in alignment with Government requirements.
  • Oversee the Request for Change (RFC) register tracking the status and documentation of all submitted changes including cost risk and security impacts.
  • Manage the Forward Schedule of Changes (FSC) ensuring planned and approved changes are documented communicated and published to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor review and report on the results and effectiveness of implemented changes verifying they meet objectives and recommending follow-up actions if needed.
  • Track RFCs through their lifecycleapproved canceled abandoned or completed.
  • Facilitate Change Board meetings to review and coordinate changes; ensure proper representation per DoD policy.
  • Collaborate with Asset Management to ensure Configuration Item (CI) updates are accurately reflected in the CMDB.
  • Analyze change-related incidents and provide reports as required.
  • Research recommend and support improvements and automation in change management processes.
  • Develop maintain and enforce internal policies procedures training materials and compliance audits for change management.
  • Provide training and guidance to teams and leadership on change processes and tools.
  • Support the development and documentation of new or revised change processes.
  • Continuously improve the Change Management Plan under Government direction.

Required Qualifications:

  • A DoD TS/SCI clearance
  • At least two years of previous hands-on experience working with Change Management.
  • ITIL Foundations v4 certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Security certification

Education:

  • High School Diploma with 6 years of experience OR AA 4 yrs of experience OR BS 2 years of experience OR MS 0 years of experience

Clearance:

  • Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
