The Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) is a trauma informed care agency focused on implementing our core values and providing support to people with developmental disabilities. Background check: The final candidate selected for the position will be required to undergo a criminal background 5123:2-2-02 Background Investigations for Employment outlines disqualifying offenses that will preclude an applicant from being employed by the Department of Developmental Disabilities.
Hourly wage will be paid at step 1 unless otherwise specified bycollective bargaining agreement or rules outlined in the ORC/OAC

Salary Information:
$34.96 per hour with the first increase in 180 days to $36.65
Additional $1.50 per hour shift differential for 2ndand 3rdshift.
Additional $3.50 per hour for assigned 2nd and 3rd shift.
Additional hourly recruitment supplement $5.24 per hour.
Annual increases each year with an additional longevity supplement after 5 years of service.
RNs can receive up to a 3% increase every July 1stper the current 1199 bargaining unit contract.
