This is a full-time role Monday-Friday at our offices located in Winston-Salem NC with optional hybrid days on Tuesday and Thursday.
The primary responsibility for this role is to manage organic social media strategy administrate all accounts provide reporting on performance and to manage the companys reputation management program. This applies to all stores in the Modern Automotive network.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media
- Primarily operating across Meta properties; facebook and Instagram
- Creates monthly content calendar
- Helps to populate and follows content roadmap
- Upholds Modern brand guidelines with relevant content
- Ensures OEM compliance with all content and posts
- Works directly with leads at stores to create content for social media as necessary
- Leads the development of a monthly dashboard to measure performance utilizing social scheduling platforms e.g. Sprout Social or SocialHP
- Procures relevant industry and consumer content
- Establishes a posting cadence with consideration to network events holidays micro-seasons and proven tactics
- Ensure all accounts are active and functional
- Administrates access for team and vendors on all social media
- Leads administration of any technology for social media via tests and/or formal launches
- Helps explore and test new platforms and tools
- Acts as lead with Reputation Management provider
- Liaison for RepMan between provider and stores
Required Skills Experience and Education
- Needs to be comfortable owning the process and operating with given directions
- Must be well-versed with Meta business manager and the functional tools within facebook and Instagram
- Familiarity with SproutSocial or similar programs is desired
- Familiarity with YouTube is a plus
- Must work well with a team dynamic and embrace collaboration
- Attention to detail is vital for compliance purposes
- Occasional travel regionally to our network of stores
- Degree in Marketing or Business Administration preferred but not required if work experience qualifies
- Automotive experience preferred but not required
