Job Description

The Cross-Border Product Strategy & Go-To-Market Team plays a critical role in growing the North American Visa Direct business.  The team is comprised of global payments experts with strong analytical skills that are responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive and accelerate Visa Direct cross-border growth across payment rails use cases and verticals. The team collaborates closely with solutioning and sales teams to help demonstrate the opportunity and value proposition of Visa Direct across priority client segments.

 

As a GTM Manager youll play a pivotal role in shaping Visa Directs most strategic client relationships across North America driving cross-border growth by developing innovative go-to-market strategies creating persuasive sales tools and leading high-impact client pitches. Youll harness market insights synthesize and analyze complex data and collaborate across teams to unlock new opportunities accelerate business development and deliver exceptional client experiences. Youll also be instrumental in executing the commercialization of new product features and rollouts ensuring successful adoption and market impact.

Key Responsibilities

GTM Strategy & Execution

  • Develop go-to-market strategies including research market opportunities conducting market landscape and competitive analysis crafting value propositions and delivering segment growth recommendations.
  • Develop impactful sales collateral and toolsincluding pitch decks ROI models and pricing analysesto effectively support business development efforts communicate value propositions and enable sales teams to engage clients and close deals.
  • Drive strategic product initiatives and projects designed to propel cross-border growth and deliver on business goals
  • Continuously review the North American and cross-border payment landscape and recommend develop and implement new and creative approaches to grow Visas money movement business
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of all Visa money movement products and services

 

Sales and Account Growth Enablement

  • Lead development and execution success of pitches to senior client executives of our most critical sales opportunities directing meeting agenda content and Visa storyline
  • Lead the development and design of high-impact pitch decks and presentations for key client/prospects drawing on market insights and client strategies
  • Understand the business needs and objectives of our key clients to tailor presentations and pitches accordingly
  • Work closely with creative teams to shape polish and ship impactful experiences and business development assets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and data to create persuasive narratives
  • Develop and disseminate best practices to empower business development and account managers across the team to utilize strategies for client engagement
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of our client engagement strategies making improvements as necessary

This role is responsible for both strategy and execution and will bring a roll up your sleeves mentality to the position as you both lead and support a variety of our cross-border growth initiatives.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.


Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications

5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications
6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
Cross-border and real-time payments experience is required.
Product management business operations strategy consulting or management consulting experience highly regarded
Proven experience in a similar role preferably in a B2B environment.
Proactive self-starter who takes ownership of their own learning and success


Additional Information :

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 138500.00 to 200700.00 USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge skills experience and addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical Dental Vision 401 (k) FSA/HSA Life Insurance Paid Time Off and Wellness Program.
