Job Description
The Maintenance Manager assists in maintaining the hotels physical structure ensuring it remains in excellent condition. Key duties include carpentry plumbing minor electrical/mechanical repairs pool/spa maintenance and adherence to safety protocols. This role requires a proactive approach to preventive maintenance guest service and teamwork.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities
- Plan and schedule repair and renovation projects
- Manage maintenance budget and expenses
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a maintenance management role
- Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment
- Proficiency in basic repairs (plumbing electrical carpentry)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Relevant certifications or qualifications are a plus
- Pool Operator Certification (CPO) preferred but not required
