JOB TITLE: Material Associate
LOCATION: Pinellas Park FL
PAY RATE: Up to $24.84/hour

Summary:
-
Support functions related to fabrication assembly shipping/receiving inventory control and shop floor support.
-
Strong organizational skills the ability to multitask and effective communication with cross-functional teams.
-
Perform all manual and clerical tasks related to work order release kitting expediting and status tracking
-
Manage shipping and receiving including outside vendor processing and internal delivery to shop floor
-
Maintain inventory control with a focus on kitting cycle counting and issuing/receiving inventory
-
Support multiple stockrooms (customer-furnished parts government-furnished equipment raw materials project tools and purchased parts)
-
Use computer systems and MRP tools to manage inventory and perform cycle counts
-
Generate shipping and receiving documents; track and record work order locations accurately
-
Support customer requirements by updating systems and maintaining accurate records
-
Communicate effectively with coworkers and support teams to meet production goals
-
Prioritize tasks using dispatch lists provided by management
-
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
-
High school diploma or GED
-
Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods (over 8 hours)
-
Ability to lift carry and move items weighing over 50 lbs
-
Proficient in using computer systems to manage inventory and support production

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-
Working knowledge of MRP systems
-
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
