We are looking for a proactive Team Coordinator for Learning Services to oversee the daily operations of our specialized training administration team. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth execution of training processes managing eUniversity and ACE services and maintaining compliance with internal policies. You will coordinate tasks monitor performance metrics and foster collaboration within the team while acting as a liaison with stakeholders. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute to process improvements and operational support.
Your contribution to something big:
- Team Support & Coordination: Allocate daily operational tasks to ensure a smooth workflow and balance team capacity. Monitor performance metrics and assist with regular updates to the team;
- Operational Execution: Ensure business continuity for all learning team sub-teams by coordinating training events and managing cost allocations. Support associates with training-related inquiries and maintain training dashboards for data accuracy;
- Quality Compliance & Escalations: Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with internal standards. Act as the first point of contact for operational escalations providing guidance and escalating issues as necessary;
- Process Improvement and Digitalization: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and support the development of digital tools. Collaborate with stakeholders on small-scale improvement projects;
- Stakeholder & Project Support: Coordinate communication with internal stakeholders and provide operational support for project execution and complex service requests.
Qualifications :
What distinguishes you:
- Education: University degree in HR Management Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 35 years of experience in back-office HR operations or HR shared services. Experience in project management and process improvement is preferred.
- Know How: Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or other Learning Management Systems (LMS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools particularly Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- Languages: Excellent command of English (C1 mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and effective communication skills. Ability to inspire and motivate the team while proactively addressing challenges. A collaborative mindset with a holistic understanding of departmental functions.
