Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Own and execute regional CRM strategyin collaboration with the global CRM team.
- Build and manage high-impact CRM campaigns both automated and ad hoc.
- Optimise performance across CRM channelsincluding email push SMS and more.
- Work with data teamsto analyse performance report on key metrics and implement improvements based on insights.
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years experiencein CRM marketing email marketing or lifecycle marketing.
- Proficiency in data analysisand performance reporting.
- Experience working with CRM platforms and customer data tools.
- AB2C backgroundis preferred.
- A proactive results-oriented approach and a keen eye for detail.
- Business level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR).
