Job Description

As the primary liaison between the platform and medical professionals you ll facilitate important educational connections while developing expertise in healthcare operations and customer relationship management. Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to the examiner network to identify and secure qualified medical professionals for requested appointment times
- Facilitate clear and professional communication between the platform and surgeons to confirm appointments and coordinate scheduling details
- Provide exceptional white-glove customer support to medical professionals in high-pressure environments
- Compose and send targeted outreach emails to directors of residency programs to expand network relationships
- Manage complex scheduling coordination through the company s proprietary internal platform
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Conduct professional phone communications with medical professionals using Google Voice
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and Word for record-keeping and documentation
- Excellent communication skills with experience interacting with professionals in high-stakes environments
- Previous experience in customer service administrative support or healthcare coordination roles
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail
- Comfort with technology including Google Voice and web-based scheduling platforms
- Professional phone manner and exceptional written communication skills for email correspondence
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
