Position : Customer Operations Specialist
Work Hours : TBD CST Timezone
Holidays : Includes 15 days of paid vacation per year
Pay Range : USD 600-1000/per month commission (The final offer is at the clients discretion and will be based on the candidates skills and years of experience.)

Duties and Responsibilities:

This role is for someone who thrives on focused detail-oriented work that requires sustained attention and precision. If youre the person who genuinely loves checking items off a to-do list finds deep satisfaction in maintaining high standards across systematic workflows and never drops a ball this is your role!

Youll work across two critical areas that directly impact customer obsession:

Service Delivery Operations - The day-to-day excellence that keeps customers Obsessed. Examples could include: managing content approvals and scheduling running Instagram and Facebook ads monitoring comments across customer accounts and tracking metrics to maintain 90% SLA uptime.

Customer Onboarding - Creating that crucial first impression of effortlessness. Examples could include: executing comprehensive onboarding tasks (account optimization portfolio reviews photo uploads) managing the Reciprocal Reviews process and ensuring new customers are fully set up within 4 weeks.
