You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe re seeking a dynamic hands-on Associate Product Marketer to own Platos Monitor s pharmacy based activation events and support our broader product marketing initiatives. You will be the in market expert planning and executing co marketing activations support onboarding driving device demos and first time sales capturing high quality leads and amplifying our brand digitally. You ll also partner with Product and Sales teams to ensure every partner is activated successfully and fully equipped to succeed.
Field Programs: Co-plan and execute field marketing programs across partner pharmacy locations corporate events customer meetups and more
Lead Management: Capture qualify and coordinate flow of leads into the Marketing funnel from the field events
Digital Amplification: Shoot photos/videos draft social copy support live stream stories and gather attendee testimonials.
Performance Tracking: Track measure and analyze program performance; provide insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness and ROI
Collateral & Content: Develop and update product one pagers FAQs slide decks in store brochures and competitive matrices.
Voice of Customer (VoC): Run post activation surveys synthesize feedback into pulse reports coordinate focus groups and share key insights with Product and Marketing.
Digital Content Updates: Collaborate with the Marketing team to regularly update website pages FAQs and knowledge base articles based on field insights.
Partner with Marketing on messaging digital campaigns (IG Facebook WhatsApp) and creative assets.
Coordinate with the Marketing team on lead follow up Funnel health and event debriefs.
Work with the Sales team to support onboarding and follow-up
Interface with Product to deepen technical expertise and relay feature requests.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience: 1 3 years experience in field marketing retail/channel partnerships or health/pharma sales
Education: Bachelor s in Marketing Business Administration Life Sciences or equivalent.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot or Salesforce) Skilled in analyzing marketing performance.
Soft Skills: Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills Strong project management and organizational skills analytical mindset proactive problem solving; comfortable working across marketing product and creative teams
Market Knowledge: Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity to local market dynamics. (Familiarity with Nigerian pharmacy retail environment is a plus)
