Job Description
- Oversee and coordinate the design and execution of residential commercial and high-rise building projects.
- Collaborate with the architecture engineering and construction teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of designs.
- Assist in preparing design proposals and presentations to clients.
- Ensure compliance with building codes safety regulations and other industry standards.
- Manage and track the design process providing updates to stakeholders on progress issues and timelines.
- Coordinate design documentation including drawings specifications and technical reports.
- Address design-related challenges and provide innovative solutions.
- Maintain effective communication with clients contractors and consultants to ensure design requirements are met.
- Review and approve design changes ensuring they align with overall project goals.
- Support the senior design team in various architectural and technical tasks
