Job Description

This is a remote position.

As an Account Manager Facility Partnerships you will be the primary onsite liaison between our company and partner storage facilities. Your role is to ensure seamless integration of our insurance offerings foster strong relationships and drive mutual success through operational excellence and client satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong long-term relationships with facility managers and staff to ensure smooth operations and mutual success.

  • Operational Support: Oversee the implementation and execution of insurance programs at partner facilities ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.

  • Training & Education: Provide training and ongoing support to facility staff on insurance products enrollment processes and customer service best practices.

  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess facility performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

  • Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues working proactively to resolve concerns and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of facility interactions performance metrics and any issues or resolutions providing regular reports to management.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights and recommendations for program enhancements.




Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management client relations or a related field.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook).

  • Willingness to travel to various facility locations within the assigned territory.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the self-storage or insurance industry.

  • Familiarity with insurance documentation signage compliance and enrollment systems.

  • Basic understanding of regulatory standards applicable to storage facility operations or tenant coverage.

High school diploma or equivalent required; college education is a plus 2+ years of experience in facility or site management, preferably in storage, retail, or service environments Strong leadership and customer service skills Ability to handle basic maintenance tasks and coordinate vendors Proficiency in using scheduling, billing, or facility management systems Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and walk/stand for extended periods
