Schedule: MondayFriday (8am-5pm); some weekends based upon request and availability

What Youll Do
Deliver Friendly Personalized Support: Engage with customers via phone chat and email to answer questions resolve issues and guide them through their order experience.
Champion the Customer: Be the voice of the customer by reporting recurring issues sharing feedback and helping to improve internal processes.
Support Order Fulfillment: Monitor and manage pending orders to ensure they move smoothly through production and deliver on time.
Stay Solutions-Focused: Approach every interaction with optimism empathy professionalism and a drive to find the best outcome for our customer.
Go Above and Beyond: Look for opportunities to exceed expectations and create memorable experiences that build trust and long-term loyalty.
What Were Looking For
Strong communication skillsboth written and verbal
Friendly professional and customer-focused demeanor
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using computers order systems and CRM tools
A passion for helping people (golf knowledge is a plus!)
