Overview:
Medical Dynamics Inc. - Columbus School of Medical Massage is seeking a motivated and dynamic
Sales/Admissions Representative to join our this pivotal role you will guide prospective
students through the admissions process and provide them with the resources they need to make informed
decisions about their educational journey. If you are passionate about helping others have exceptional
communication skills and want to help change lives we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students assisting them throughout the
admissions process.
Reach out to incoming prospective students to answer inquiries and provide information about
programs.
Set up and conduct in-person campus tours answering questions and beginning the enrollment
process.
Follow up with leads to ensure the timely completion of applications and enrollment.
Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students in the admissions database.
Collaborate with academic departments to stay updated on program offerings and changes in
admission criteria.

Requirements:
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales student admissions or recruitment.
Strong understanding of the education sector and admissions processes is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and quickly build
relationships.
Proficiency in using admissions software and Microsoft Office Suite.
