Job Summary:
The Human Resource Coordinator supports the HR department with recruitment onboarding employee records training coordination and day-to-day HR operations. This role helps ensure smooth communication and compliance across hotel locations and the corporate office.
Compensation: $20.00 Hourly
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruiting and onboarding new employees
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems
Coordinate employee training and track completion
Manage multi-state unemployment claims wage and employment verifications garnishments and child support orders
Conduct background screenings for all hotel and corporate hires
Process new hire onboarding in InnFlow
Requirements:
Previous experience in HR or office administration preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Basic knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Proficiency with Google Drive and HR software
