As International Sales Coordinator Assistant you will support sales managers streamline internal processes and ensure smooth coordination across departments.
Your key missions
- Sales Support: Assist sales managers manage accounts and coordinate commercial programs.
- Forecasting & Analysis: Track sales performance analyze forecasts and optimize reporting.
- Cross-Team Coordination: Liaise with operations marketing legal and finance to ensure alignment.
- Admin & Finance: Handle contracts commissions expense reports and distributor marketing support.
- Meetings & Communication: Organize meetings travel and assist with multilingual communications.

Your profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English and French (mandatory).
- Proficiency in Spanish Italian or German is a plus.
- Solid analytical skills and experience in performance tracking.
- Effective cross-functional coordination abilities.
- Bachelors degree in Business International Trade Marketing or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in international sales support is a plus.
