Position Overview:
Were looking for a Front-End Engineer to help design and build the user-facing layer of on-chain products developed for millions of real-world crypto-agnostic users acquired to our platform via Inversions portfolio companies. The Front-End Engineer will report to the Head of Engineering and Head of Product and will collaborate with product managers designers and back-end engineers to turn complex on-chain workflows into intuitive interfaces bringing modern fintech experiences to users whove historically relied on cash and informal financial systems.
This is a hands-on role for someone focused on shipping clean performant interfaces and aligned with the vision of making crypto invisible to the end user.
Key Responsibilities:
Build Fintech Interfaces for Everyday User: Develop clean responsive user interfaces that feel familiar and frictionless.
Integrate Blockchain Functionality: Work closely with core engineering team to simplify blockchain workflows into clean familiar user experiences.
Own Performance Responsiveness and Cross-Browser Compatibility: Ensure that applications are fast mobile-friendly and accessible across all major browsers and devices. Youll proactively identify bottlenecks and optimize loading times rendering and runtime efficiency.
Define Front-End Standards and Best Practices: Help establish front-end conventions component libraries and testing practices as the team scales.
Market Insights & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends ensuring that Inversions product offerings are innovative competitive and aligned with the needs of both users and the blockchain ecosystem.
Collaborate Across Product and Engineering: Partner with core engineering and product teams to understand user needs and prioritize features.
KPIs & Performance Metrics: Define key product success metrics and ensure continuous tracking reporting and improvement.
User Engagement: Develop strategies to grow and retain the acquired user base ensuring they have an exceptional experience with the blockchain-based products.
Qualifications:
4-6 years of experience in front-end development ideally using React and TypeScript.
Familiarity with stablecoin ecosystems digital wallets or fintech products.
A track record of launching successful products that drive significant user engagement and business value.
Strong understanding of blockchain technology decentralized applications and interoperability protocols.
Experience working on cross-functional teams in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex technical and business challenges.
Ability to think long-term and implement strategies that drive value both for all stakeholders.
High energy entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to embrace the unique challenges and opportunities presented by a rapidly evolving blockchain investment model.
A passion for the intersection of blockchain technology and real-world business applications.
Preferred Skills:
Experience building multi-language or internationalized interfaces.
Experience building mobile-first or progressive web apps that perform well on low-end devices.
