ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed both major and minor which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Contribute to corporate strategic planning processes and the development of business strategies (long-term complex plans that drive operational and financial results).
2. Assess future trends the external environment and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks for evaluation; complete analysis and develop recommendations for senior leadership.
3. Conduct internal consulting engagements and lead projects of moderate risk and complexity.
4. Develop content for senior and executive leadership encompassing the strategic plan associated performance updates and special topics.
5. Apply a comprehensive understanding of how the organization operates to solve technical operational and business problems.
6. Impact the achievement of client operational project service and risk management objectives working independently with guidance in only the most complex and unusual situations.
7. Mentor less experienced teammates to build their own technical expertise.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree and 7 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Deep specialized and/or broad knowledge within business analysis and strategy (or related) disciplines.
3. Sound and comprehensive understanding of business and organizational strategies and processes; experience developing business strategies and initiatives.
4. Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and implement best practices to improve products processes or services.
5. Ability to lead projects of significant complexity and risk exposure.
6. Ability to exercise judgment in solving technical operational and organizational challenges in the context of business objectives and priorities.
7. Sophisticated analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical and business problems.
8. Ability to influence others to adopt a new perspective.
9. Knowledge of the industrys competitive landscape and an understanding of the market and regulatory factors that shape the industry.
10. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Masters degree MBA and/or CPA
2. 10 years banking or financial services experience
3. Advanced proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint.
