Job Description
Bob Allen Ford is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Mobile Service Technician to join our service team. This role involves performing maintenance and light repair work at customer locations using a fully equipped mobile service vehicle. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills excellent communication abilities and a commitment to delivering a convenient high-quality service experience.
Responsibilities
Travel to customer locations to perform scheduled maintenance and repairs
Complete services such as oil changes tire rotations brake inspections battery replacements and light repairs
Use diagnostic tools to identify minor mechanical or electrical issues
Maintain accurate service records and ensure all work meets manufacturer and dealership standards
Provide professional and friendly customer interactions while on-site
Keep the mobile service vehicle stocked clean and organized
Communicate effectively with the service team regarding scheduling and repair needs
Adhere to safety procedures and company policies at all times
Qualifications
2 years of automotive technician experience preferred
Ford certification or dealership experience a plus
Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently in the field and manage time efficiently
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check MVR and drug screening
Customer service mindset and professional appearance
