Job Overview:
The Human Resources (HR) Personnel is responsible for supporting and implementing various human resources programs and procedures for all employees in the organization. The role involves assisting with recruitment employee relations performance management training and development compensation and benefits administration ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing:
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates conducting initial screenings scheduling interviews and participating in the selection process.
- Prepare job descriptions and post job openings on various platforms.
- Conduct background checks and prepare employment offers.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Manage the onboarding process including orientation documentation and training.
- Handle exit interviews ensure proper documentation and manage the offboarding process.
Employee Relations:
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries.
- Assist in resolving employee issues conflicts and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
- Promote a positive work environment by addressing concerns and implementing employee engagement activities.
Performance Management:
- Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating evaluations and providing guidance to managers.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans (PIPs).
Training & Development:
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Identify training needs and work with management to develop appropriate programs.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Assist in the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing including attendance tracking and leave management.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws company policies and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate employee records and generate reports as needed.
- Assist in audits and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and Submit weekly and monthly reports/ timesheets.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a human resources role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles practices and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
