Rocky Bay is a purpose driven organisation who is looking for our newest leader of our Human Resources Team. About the role:
- Permanent Full Time position
- Location: Mosman Park with free parking onsite

Rocky Bay has a proud history in disability services of over 85 years and we are seeking a dynamic Manager Human Resources to lead our HR team. This is a unique opportunity to influence strategy partner with leaders and deliver meaningful people solutions that enhance employee engagement workforce capability and organisational growth.
We are looking for a confident and experienced HR leader who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment. More importantly we are seeking the right person to bring people together drive cultural initiatives and shape the future of our workforce.
What we are looking for:
- Lead a multidisciplinary HR team to deliver high-quality contemporary HR services
- A collaborative supportive and forward thinking leadership style
- Partner with senior leaders to design and implement workforce strategies aligned to Rocky Bays vision and values
- Champion an engaging Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and deliver best practice recruitment onboarding and retention strategies
- Provide expert advice in employee and industrial relations workforce planning and organisational development
- Build and sustain positive relationships with staff managers customers and external stakeholders
- Model and foster a values-based culture that supports growth inclusion and high performance
