Job Description
We have an opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our dealership team as a Finance & Warranty Cadet. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in automotive finance warranty and insurance. Under the guidance of senior team members you will learn how to offer finance insurance and warranty solutions to customers while ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in presenting finance and insurance options to customers in a professional and compliant manner.
- Learn to prepare and submit loan applications and documentation.
- Support the F&I team in managing lender relationships and meeting monthly targets.
- Deliver excellent service to customers throughout the finance and warranty process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products compliance standards and dealership procedures.
- Shadow senior team members to gain real-world hands-on experience in all aspects of Finance & Insurance.
Qualifications :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills you are confident speaking with customers and building rapport.
- Strong attention to detail because accuracy matters in finance and compliance.
- You are motivated to develop new skills and build a long-term career
- A customer-first mindset as you understand the importance of delivering outstanding service at every step.
- You are punctual reliable and represent the brand with integrity.
- Previous experience in automotive finance insurance or retail sales is a plus but not essential as full training will be provided.
- A valid drivers licence.
