What we are looking for:
We are seeking a Finance Manager to oversee the financial health of the agency and ensure compliance requirements are met efficiently and effectively across the program. The role requires someone with strong accounting and systems management expertise who can also align with and support our organisational culture and values.

Role Summary:
As a member of the senior management team the Finance Manager is responsible for the financial reporting and compliance of IOE on a monthly basis as well as the annual audit functions. They will have ultimate responsibility for the accounts payable accounts receivable bookkeeping cash flow payroll credit card administration and plan management functions of IOE and will provide staff support supervision and performance management for the aforementioned teams.
