About the Role
Were looking for a National Director of Wholesale to lead the charge in building and scaling our wholesale business from the ground up. This is a pivotal high-impact role where youll own the strategy execution and growth of Boston Scallys wholesale divisionturning our beloved local brand into a nationwide staple.
Youll be the driving force behind securing key retail partners creating operational excellence and bringing Boston Scally to shelves across the country. This is a rare opportunity to take the helm of a growing lifestyle brand and make your mark by building a wholesale channel that blends revenue growth with authentic brand storytelling.
What Youll Do
Build & Lead Wholesale Expansion: Launch and scale the wholesale division identifying and winning partnerships with major retailers specialty shops and independent accounts.
Drive Revenue Growth: Set and achieve aggressive sales targets negotiate high-value partnerships and turn opportunities into long-term relationships.
Own Our Market Presence: Represent Boston Scally at trade shows industry events and buyer meetings telling the story of our brand to new audiences.
Work Cross-Functionally: Collaborate closely with product marketing and operations to ensure smooth GTM launches inventory planning and operational efficiency.
Establish Best Practices: Build scalable processes for pricing order management and fulfillment to ensure a premium wholesale experience.
Shape the Future: Use data industry trends and your own expertise to refine strategies and position Boston Scally as a leader in the lifestyle apparel space.
Who You Are
710 years of wholesale business development or retail account management experience with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record of launching and growing wholesale programs in apparel accessories or lifestyle brands.
Strong relationships with retail buyers and a knack for building long-term partnerships.
Strategic data-driven and results-oriented with a deep understanding of margin and pricing strategies.
Comfortable working cross-functionally and representing a brand at a national level.
Willing to travel for trade shows retail meetings and market development.
