Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and forward-thinking National Sales Manager Poland (m/f/diverse) to join our ContiTech Aftermarket EMEA Sales team. This role is pivotal in shaping the direction of the Polish Aftermarket business of ContiTech by identifying and executing growth opportunities together with our local team. Success in this role means developing and maintaining strategic and cooperative relationships with our Aftermarket customers and stakeholders in Poland. This position will lead a team of Sales and Technical employees with the goal of consistently aligning all activities with customer needs.

Your responsibilities will include (among others):

  • Leading the business to achieve budget and other planned financial and non-financial KPIs
  • Commercial negotiations with customers in alignment with segment strategy to ensure profitable business growth
  • Review and evaluation of business results and implementation of needed changes
  • Responsible for the analysis of the market trends and environment definition of requirements for the product portfolio
  • Close customer relation management within boundaries set by compliance
  • Ensures that all operations are performed in compliance with relevant laws and regulations as well as Continental guidelines
  • Represents ContiTech Aftermarket business to major stakeholders customers and Industry Associations in Poland to secure the interests of the company
  • Contributes to the organization and execution of customer events trade shows and fairs

Qualifications :

We are looking for someone who brings leadership skills customer dedication and a strategic mindset.

  • Several years experience in Sales and/ or Marketing in leadership roles preferably in the Automotive Aftermarket
  • Experience in project management and/ or leading people
  • Strong coordination skills and leading by example-mentality
  • Polish as a native language fluent in English with the ability to communicate confidently & effectively
  • High level of sensitivity and tact in dealing with an existing team and established company culture
  • Eagerness to travel and working in virtual and remote teams in a cross-functional international multi-level matrix
