Job Description

Experienced Contracts Administrator

Basingstoke

12 months plus

Hybrid working

PAYE Please advise rate sought

The main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Providing support/assistance to Contract Holder / Head of Contract Administration / Procurement Manager to address issues relevant to post-award contract management (such as procedural clarifications disputes contractual changes etc.).
Attend handover meetings and receives relevant information from competent Companys internal functions to carry out their tasks in a proper and efficient manner.

Attends the contractual kick-off meetings together with the Contract Holder and any involved internal functions as well as progress meetings.
Perform monitoring activities with respect to specific key performance indicators of assigned contracts such as the progress of the spending against the relevant administrative contract value and expiry date of contracts.
Verify that the awarded contractor has supplied all the documentation required and all contractual obligations in accordance with Regulatory Framework.
Ensure that the competent Contract Holder/User Unit is notified of any irregularities identified during the execution of the contract within their area of competence.
Collect information on the awarded contractors performance during the contract execution phase and gets Contract Holder relevant approval to enable the issue of appropriate feedback.
Review any requests for changes to the contract and assess any disputes that might arise during contract execution phase by verifying their admissibility and applicability under the terms of the contract.
Capture and disseminate contract administration lessons learned within the Company.
Review the admissibility of any claims and the applicability of any liquidated damages or volume discounts provided for in the contract.
Assist Procurement Manager / Head of Contract Administration / Contract Holder with preparation / review of correspondence with contractors on post-award contractual / commercial matters within the area of competence.
Liaise and handle correspondence with the awarded contractor ensuring traceability and involving if necessary all relevant functions.
File the contract management documentation.

Demonstrable relevant experience in Contract Administration in Oil & Gas and/or valid Contract Management certification.
Detailed working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP system and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelors degree in Economics Law Engineering or other relevant degree (preferred).

SmartWorking (Hybrid Working)
EniProgetti UK operates a SmartWorking policy allowing personnel to work for up to 12 working days/month from home or a similar secure UK location and these 12 days can be available even where personnel are on leave for a portion of the month. As such typically around 60% of time working remotely is available for individuals who wish to take advantage of this.
