Qualifications :
Minimum of 4 years management experience with a proven track record of achieving success due to your strong leadership.
You possess strong On Premise knowledge with established night scene contacts or the ability to build them quickly. Open extroverted and confident inspiring others with your genuine can do attitude.
Highly developed analytical skills translating market data sales analyses and forecasts into effective sales activations and brand-marketing activities for the On Premise environment.
Strategic and innovative commercial awareness and acumen (strong understanding of sales processes and financial systems).
A social chameleon with self-awareness able to adapt communication presentation and appearance to suit any audience.
Clear understanding of markets sales and distribution consumer behaviour and competitor activity in FMCG context.
Strong planning prioritisation and organisational ability.
Excellent presentation and communication skills such as selling negotiating training coaching and active listening.
Ability to think and act like an entrepreneur.
Self-motivated and ability to work independently in a high energy fast-paced field-based environment. Able and willing to work very flexible hours (including nights and weekends).
