Promote and sell fitness memberships and related packages
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Collaborate effectively with all hotel departments
Represent the club at external events and operate sales stands as needed
Communicate with guests via phone and in person to build relationships and close sales
Learn and actively use Opera PMS and CRM systems
Accurately input and regularly update guest information in the CRM system
Attend Sales & Marketing meetings consistently
Present and promote all hotel facilities and services to prospective members
Prepare weekly sales reports related to membership performance
Monitor market trends and competitors gathering relevant insights
Clearly explain the contents of membership packages and keep up with updates and innovations
Work in alignment with a flexible schedule adapting to operational needs throughout the day
Communicate guest requests and inquiries to the relevant departments promptly and accurately
Ensure that all sales activities are properly recorded in the system for accurate reporting
Prepare monthly reports related to their area of responsibility and present them to management taking necessary actions accordingly
Qualifications :
Preferably experienced in sales within the fitness wellness or hospitality industry
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving results
Comfortable using CRM systems and learning Opera PMS
Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
Flexible and able to adapt to a dynamic work environment
Strong analytical thinking and reporting abilities
Awareness of market trends and industry developments
Professional appearance and a high level of personal presentation
