Description

ManpowerGroup Greece on behalf ofits client specializing in the sale of industrial packaging machinery is in search of a dynamic and results-driven Business Development - Sales to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and a passion for providing tailored solutions to clients in manufacturing logistics and related industries.

The role will report to the Sales Manager.

Location: Athens
Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the packaging machinery sector
  • Manage and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable packaging machinery solutions
  • Conduct product presentations demos and site visits when necessary
  • Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to develop customized solutions
  • Prepare and deliver quotes negotiate contracts and close sales
  • Stay up to date with industry trends competitors and new technologies
  • Attend trade shows exhibitions and industry events to promote company products



Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B sales preferably in industrial machinery or packaging equipment
  • Strong technical understanding of mechanical or automation systems
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently
  • Fluency in English
  • Willingness to travel as required
