Job Description: This position is responsible for removing impediments and facilitating scrum ceremonies to include daily standups sprint planning backlog refinement and sprint retrospectives. You will work closely with the product owners stakeholders and product development teams to ensure that the work progresses on schedule within budget and to the desired level of quality. Additionally you will serve as a coach and mentor to our team helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that the team is meeting its objectives consistently.
Daily duties / responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum activities such as daily stand-up meetings sprint planning sprint review and Sprint retrospective. Ensure team follows scrum framework and agile principles.
Promote continuous improvement through retrospective and feedback sessions.
Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders.
Track KPIS and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
Required Skills (Rank in Order of Importance):
Minimum 3 Years Experience as a Scrum Master
3 Years of Azure DevOps Experience
Strong Knowledge of Agile Scrum Principles and Practices.
Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills.
Ability To Lead and Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies.
General Conceptual Understanding of Programming and DB Querying.
Prior Knowledge of Agile Project Management Tools
Experience And Ability to Integrate Hybrid Project Management (Agile Combined with Waterfall).
Preferred Skills (Rank in order of importance):
General conceptual understanding of programming and DB querying.
Certification in agile methodologies like certified scrum master (CSM) or professional scrum master (PSM).
Government experience desired but not required
ERP experience preferred.
