You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailCaretech is seeking a compassionate detail-oriented and bilingual (Spanish/English) Homecare Coordinator & Scheduler to support our growing team in Omaha or Lincoln NE. This role is essential in ensuring quality timely care for our clients by efficiently managing schedules and maintaining clear empathetic communication with both caregivers and families.
Scheduling & Coordination - Develop and maintain client care schedules. - Match caregivers with clients based on needs preferences and availability. - Adjust schedules as needed due to changes in client condition caregiver availability or last-minute call-outs.
Client & Caregiver Support - Communicate professionally with clients families and caregivers to ensure satisfaction and understanding of services. - Serve as a point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients and staff. - Onboard new caregivers by providing training support and scheduling orientation.
Administrative Duties - Document and track schedule changes availability and client preferencesto ensure accurate and up-to-date information. Maintain accurate client and caregiver records in the scheduling system. - Collaborate with the care team to ensure care plans are followed accurately.
Recruiting & Staffing - Support the hiring team by screening Spanish-speaking candidates. - Assist with caregiver recruiting interviewing and follow-up as needed. Attend Recruiting events as needed.
Customer Service - Respond promptly and compassionately to client or caregiver concerns. - Build trusted relationships with clients and their families serving as a liaison for ongoing support and communication.
