About the job

In addition to managing US supply based EM commodity this new PSM role will provide dedicated sourcing execution support for NPI and new customer programs. The PSM will focus on transactional tasks ensuring sourcing readiness for PO execution quote accuracy and supplier onboarding while coordinating with commodity-aligned PSMs when strategic sourcing is needed.

This role will help establish the execution and operational execution critical to scale and win new customer programs beyond NPI.

You will

Manage EM commodity for US Based suppliers
Lead transactional sourcing support for NPI and new customer programs with a focus on execution speed and accuracy over deep strategic sourcing.
Manage inherited customer AVLs and BOMs often with one-off usage ensuring rapid part setup.
Support new vendor onboarding and commercial setup (e.g. NDAs MSAs) in collaboration with Legal and respective PSMs.
Execute sourcing tasks such as issuing RFQs validating pricing confirming lead times and performing COO and tariff checks.
Align with extended commodity PSMs for components requiring deep strategic sourcing support.
Ensure sourcing readiness for PO execution by coordinating closely with Sales Engineering and Supply Chain to meet tight NPI build schedules.
Collaborate with Sales to validate customer quotes ensuring accurate material pricing freight fees and tariff charges.
Complete sourcing transfer of information (TOI) and hand off to respective PSM teams for mass production (MP) support

You have

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Engineering Business or related field.
4 years ofsourcing procurement or supply chain experience in high-tech or data center industries.
Experiencesourcingone or more of the following: networking switches optical transceivers or server hardware.
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
Familiarity with Incoterms contract terms (MSA/SOW) and cost models.
Understanding of global supply chain dynamics including tariffs lead time variability and regionalsourcing.
Ability to forge deep relationship work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
Excellent communication organization and analytical skills.
Experience working with hyperscale cloud or enterprise customers is a plus.
Knowledge of OCP ORV3 and AI/ML infrastructure trends is a strong advantage.

Annual Salary Range

$120000$160000 USD DOE
