What impact you will have

You will be part of the Product Sales & Marketing Team and own the end-to-end delivery of new Modular Power POD products and major releases from approved concept to industrialization and launch. The Modular Power POD is a standard offtheshelf containerized solution integrating power and cooling (container power transformer RMU UPS CRAC/CRAH batteries power cabinets and optional chillers). Working in close partnership with Product Leadership and Engineering you will define and execute the master plan scope milestones budget and resources and ensure Modular Power POD products are delivered on time on budget and to the required quality performance and compliance standards. Your work will directly enable the companys ability to scale standard off-the-shelf containerized power and cooling solutions for high-density AI and datacenter deployments.

What youll do

1. Project planning & implementation

  • Take ownership of the approved master plan for Modular Power POD products and variants.

  • Translate product intent into executable delivery plans across engineering (Mechanical Electrical Controls) industrialization quality and supply chain.

  • Establish and run appropriate governance reviews and escalation paths for the product line.

2. Execution & Risk Management

  • Drive day-to-day execution to ensure key milestones are met from design freeze through certification industrialization and launch.

  • Track progress against scope schedule and budget; manage critical paths and dependencies. (e.g. transformer supply RMU/UPS integration HVAC/chiller integration).

  • Identify delivery risks early and coordinate mitigations across teams and suppliers

  • Escalate major deviations and tradeoff decisions with clear impact analysis and mitigation options.

3. Scope features & quality

  • Ensure agreed product scope features and performance targets are delivered as defined by Product.

  • Manage change requests: evaluate impact on timing cost and risk; make recommendations; document and communicate informed decisions.

  • Work closely with Engineering Quality Compliance and Sustainability teams to ensure prototypes and final PODs meet performance safety environmental and code requirements.

4. Budget & NRE control

  • Own the project budget and NRE envelope for Power POD development.

  • Monitor engineering effort external design services lab/testing FAT/SAT costs tooling and certification; report actuals vs budget regularly and propose corrective actions where needed.

5. Crossfunctional coordination

  • Coordinate Mechanical Electrical Controls Manufacturing Supply Chain Quality Certification and Service teams.

  • Ensure clear interfaces between the Power POD and other product lines (immersion tanks DLC racks)

6. Reporting & communication

  • Provide clear concise project status reports to leadership on milestones risks/issues budget status upcoming decisions.

  • Prepare and lead product line delivery reviews and decision forums.

  • Communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders on project status and constraints

What youll need

Experience

  • Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Building Services/MEP Engineering Industrial Engineering or similar.

  • 7 years in project or program management for complex MEP datacenter or industrial power/cooling hardware development projects.

  • Proven track record delivering multidisciplinary engineering projects (mechanical electrical controls) on time and on budget.

  • Experience working with industrialization/manufacturing and supply chain on prefabricated or containerized solutions (plants power modules cooling containers microDCs).

Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong project management delivery and planning skills with solid understanding of cost risk and dependencies.

  • Sufficient MEP technical literacy to challenge and align engineering teams and engage credibly with stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills including executive-level reporting.

  • Comfortable with the project tools and methods used by the company (e.g. Jira MS Project Confluence PLM tools).

  • Calm and reliable under pressure in complex fast-moving environments.
