Job Description
Pinstripe Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Strata Manageror a Property Manager ready to take the next step in their careerfor a fantastic opportunity servicing the Lake Macquarie region.
Our client is expanding due to continued growth and is looking for a capable confident individual to join their professional team. Youll be managing a diverse and growing portfolio of schemes spanning from The Central Coast and Lower Hunter.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of a residential/commercial strata portfolio
- Prepare meeting agendas minutes and correspondence
- Maintain strata rolls and up-to-date building records
- Liaise with owners committees and contractors
- Coordinate maintenance repairs and supplier relationships
- Prepare budgets and manage financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and industry best practices
Who Were Looking For:

- Experienced Strata Managers capable of independently managing a portfolio
- Property Managers with strong admin and communication skills seeking to transition into strata
To Be Successful Youll Need:
- Proven experience in strata or residential property management
- Relevant industry certifications or licensing
- A current Australian drivers licence and reliable vehicle
- Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities
- Confident verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with strata or property management software systems
