About the role
Were seeking a dynamic and experiencedChange Management Specialistto lead the successful execution of change initiatives across our this role youll collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to assess the impact of change develop and implement change management strategies and ensure smooth transitions through effective communication and engagement. Youll also coach leaders and employees to support the adoption of new processes and technologies playing a key role in aligning change efforts with strategic objectives. Additionally youll contribute to the creation of high-quality content that supports delivery excellence and reinforces change messaging across all channels.
This role can be based anywhere within Essential Energys operational footprint and will be a 12 month fixed term contract.
About You
You are a strategic thinker with a passion for driving meaningful change. You thrive in complex environments and are known for your ability to influence engage and guide stakeholders at all levels.
