Job Description

Job Title: Marketing Change Lead

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: Edinburgh

Working style: Hybrid 50% home/office based

Closing date: 19th August 2025

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Change Lead to help drive new marketing strategies and business growth. Join our collaborative creative team and work on innovative projects. This is a specialist role leading the next phase of Marketing change and modernisation in the Workplace futures programme at Royal London. This role will play a pivotal part in the successful delivery of the programme supported by change specialists (PM PMO Business architects) and proposition experts. This role will interface with the Brand & Marketing Leadership Team to ensure business requirements are clear and benefits are achieved by successful delivery

About the Role

  • Lead and manage marketing change initiatives to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute change management plans.
  • Analyse market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to support change initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives identifying and addressing any issues.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the marketing team.

About You

  • Proven experience in leading marketing change initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and market trends to inform decision-making.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • A collaborative and innovative mindset.
