Job Description

ING Hubs Poland is hiring!

We are looking for you if you have:

  • a degree in Computer Science Business Administration IT Audit or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • at least 2 years of experience in low-code development using Mendix platform in an enterprise-level multinational organization
  • intermediate knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript for custom coding within Mendix
  • strong communication skills and attention to detail with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Youll get extra points for:

  • Mendix Intermediate (or higher) Developer Certification
  • in previous roles you were the go-to-person for the team when encountering challenges. You are a genuine team player and can also coach and support other team members to achieve shared goals
  • the ability to proactively introduce improvements and innovations
  • ability to find alternative solutions
  • being open-minded person eager to learn face new challenges and develop cooperation with colleagues from other ING Group units
  • you have an experience working in multiple versions of the Mendix modeller.

Your responsibilities:

  • design develop test and deploy Mendix applications.

Information about the squad:

Work in a large international team in cooperation with many units of the ING Group. At ING Hubs Poland we operate in accordance with the Agile approach based on agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. The role naming convention in the global ING job architecture will be Engineer III.
