At INHAUS were expanding our team in Panama .
Were looking to add your perspective your way of working your hands-on experience in recruitment and those day-to-day decisions that make a difference.
Because this role is also shaped by what you bring to the table.
What will your challenges be
- Leading end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Coordinating briefings understanding business needs and partnering with internal teams.
- Following each search closely: pipeline timing and candidate experience.
- Using tools like ATS to keep everything clear and organized.
- Identifying opportunities for improvementand feeling comfortable sharing them.

- 5 years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
