Sr. Business Development Executive (Enterprise)


Are you looking to join a dynamic and innovative sales team with plenty of opportunities for learning and growth

At PagBrasil youll have the opportunity to work in the Sales department contributing to the creation of the Enterprise division developing new business opportunities and managing a strategic portfolio of Top Accounts. You will also leverage the existing sales structure and drive the expansion of new sales channels.

Responsibilities

  • Represent PagBrasil in person with key business partners such as e-commerce platforms agencies and technology companies.
  • Conduct high-level in-person conversations with C-Level and VP executives both in Brazil and internationally.
  • Serve as the focal point for the sales team in negotiations and product demonstrations for enterprise clients.
  • Focus on prospecting enterprise clients with revenue exceeding R$1 million.
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers at target companies.
  • Act as the voice of enterprise clients collaborating with internal teams to enhance our payment solutions.
  • Develop customized presentations for enterprise prospects.
  • Prepare commercial proposals tailored to each clients needs.
  • Update the CRM (Salesforce) to track sales funnel progress.
  • Participate in strategic meetings and industry events.


Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration International Relations Economics Engineering or related fields.
  • Experience in commercial roles such as account management customer success or business development.
  • Experience managing enterprise clients.
  • Experience handling enterprise sales funnels with a focus on acquisition.
  • Previous experience in technology companies.
  • Advanced Excel skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the payments industry.
  • Knowledge of the e-commerce sector.
  • Negotiation skills for large enterprises.
  • Experience in consultative B2B sales.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
