Job Description
We have partnered with a large Construction company in the Indianapolis IN area to provide them with a Mechanical/HVAC Foreman. Please review the description below and let us know if you are interested.
Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Mechanical/HVAC Foreman:
#1. Minimum 4 years of experience in construction/project coordination
#2. Hands-on familiarity with materials tools and labor cost estimation
#3. Experience in supervising mechanical/HVAC construction teams
#4. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and all phases of construction
#5. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications
Requirements of the Mechanical/HVAC Foreman:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of experience in construction or project coordination
- Strong computer written and interpersonal communication skills
- Valid driver s license
Physical Demands
- Regularly stand bend reach and lift (up to 50 lbs.)
- Climb ladders and work on lifts or scaffolding
- Drive company vehicle; travel to and between job sites
- Perform other manual labor as required
Other Key Requirements:
- 100% in-office work
- No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
