What Youll Do:
Steady full-time work (no seasonal layoffs) guaranteed 40 hours a week.

- Build custom trucks from the ground up: frames tanks pumps valves hydraulics and electrical systems.
- Wire up 12V systems and make sure everything runs smoothly.
- Use hand tools power tools torque wrenches and cranes-REAL tools REAL work.
- Read and follow schematics while keeping safety and precision top of mind.
- Work with a crew that has your back solving problems and improving builds together.
- Mechanical know-how (experience with trucks heavy equipment or hydraulics is a big plus).
- Familiarity with hydraulics pumps valves or diesel engines helps you stand out.
- Basic hand tools (well provide the specialized stuff).
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. stay on your feet and thrive in a fast-paced shop.
- Team player ready to learn and cross-train.
