Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial HVAC Mini-Split Installerto join our team. The installer will be responsible for the layout and installationof ductless mini-split HVAC systems in commercial settings. This role requires technical knowledge attention to detail and the ability to work safely and efficiently on job sites while delivering high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Install mount and secure ductless mini-split HVAC systems in commercial facilities.
- Read and interpret blueprints technical drawings and manufacturer specifications.
- Run refrigerant lines drain lines and mount air handlers and condensers.
- Perform pressure testing and evacuation of refrigerant systems.
- Ensure installations comply with local codes safety standards and manufacturer requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers general contractors and other trades on job sites.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally with clients and team members.
- Follow all company safety policies OSHA guidelines and site-specific safety requirements.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in HVAC installation preferably with ductless mini-split systems.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC tools equipment and installation practices.
- Ability to read blueprintsand technical manuals.
- Experience working in commercial construction environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
