BestDatingScripts is actively seeking a skilled Laravel Developer to upgrade and modernize an existing CodeIgniter-based dating app script. The current platform is functional but requires refactoring and upgrading using Laravel for better performance security and scalability.
If you have experience working on dating app open source projects or have customized dating app scripts this project is for you!
Tasks
We are looking for an experienced Laravel Developer to take on the task of upgrading an existing CodeIgniter-based dating app script to the latest version of Laravel. This includes:
- Rewriting existing modules and backend logic in Laravel
- Migrating the database structure and ensuring data integrity
- Creating clean maintainable and scalable code
- Implementing essential features like messaging matching algorithms user profiles subscriptions etc.
- Integrating existing UI components and improving UX where needed
- Ensuring the application is mobile-friendly and API-ready
- Performing testing debugging and final deployment
Experience with dating app open source solutions and commercial dating app scripts is highly preferred.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in PHP web development
- Strong command over Laravel (latest version)
- Hands-on experience with CodeIgniter and legacy project migration
- Proficient in MySQL AJAX JavaScript and jQuery
- Experience working with dating app scripts or social networking platforms is an advantage
