Job Description

Job Title: SailPoint IAM Developer
Location: Nashville TN
Domain: Healthcare
Long Term Contract
Looking for W2 Candidates. No C2C

Responsibilities:

  • Strong command over SailPoint IIQ including Lifecycle Manager (LCM) access reviews and role management
  • Proficient in Java and BeanShell scripting for developing custom rules and connectors
  • Experience with onboarding and integrating multiple enterprise and cloud applications (LDAP AD databases etc.)
  • Deep understanding of identity lifecycle events certification campaigns and role-based access control (RBAC).
  • Must have worked with compliance-based provisioning in regulated industries preferably Insurance (Underwriting/Claims processes).
  • Exposure to creating or integrating analytics for IAM reports and dashboards.
  • Hands-on experience with API integrations using REST webhooks and custom connectors
  • Familiar with cloud platforms like AWS IAM Azure AD or GCP IAM and SailPoint cloud modules.
  • Experience with OCR-based identity proofing document authentication or digital identity lifecycle is a plus.
  • Knowledge of tools like Palantir Foundry or similar data integration platforms is an advantage.
