Job Description
Job Title: SailPoint IAM Developer
Location: Nashville TN
Domain: Healthcare
Long Term Contract
Looking for W2 Candidates. No C2C
Responsibilities:
- Strong command over SailPoint IIQ including Lifecycle Manager (LCM) access reviews and role management
- Proficient in Java and BeanShell scripting for developing custom rules and connectors
- Experience with onboarding and integrating multiple enterprise and cloud applications (LDAP AD databases etc.)
- Deep understanding of identity lifecycle events certification campaigns and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Must have worked with compliance-based provisioning in regulated industries preferably Insurance (Underwriting/Claims processes).
- Exposure to creating or integrating analytics for IAM reports and dashboards.
- Hands-on experience with API integrations using REST webhooks and custom connectors
- Familiar with cloud platforms like AWS IAM Azure AD or GCP IAM and SailPoint cloud modules.
- Experience with OCR-based identity proofing document authentication or digital identity lifecycle is a plus.
- Knowledge of tools like Palantir Foundry or similar data integration platforms is an advantage.
