Job Description
Monitoring all ACs assigned in the plant by checking every day. Preventive maintenance of indoor unit and outdoor units by cleaning lubricating inspecting and adjusting checking and unclogging replacing the filter when needed checking the voltage and compressor and calibrate the thermostat monthly. Corrective Maintenance to carry about the replacement of capacitor motor PCV and compressors Making recommendations for action to be done like repairs or replacement. Daily Reporting of the Task and Monthly of the task done Oversee the installation of new units and replacement parts and ensure that work is completed according to company specifications and established safety guidelines. Carry out other tasks assigned. Minimum of 2 years experience in the same field.
